Hi!On Monday (23rd) the official "start -date" of this class, I saw a local news bit about it. I reside in San Diego, CA.
Immediately I thought of Professor Keene & this rare opportunity to take her Intro to CRT Course, and all my fellow classmates.
For San Diego as far as I am aware... this is one of the first, publicized and available to the general public course, offered by a university free of charge. Which addresses academic - social - micro & macro - political issues of Race and the BLM Movement.
I cannot vouch for the content or the stance of the organizers etc. but I am very interested in (and have decided to participate) in this "experiment" similar to this course.
Its focus stems from "Advocating for Racial Equity in Education", which (if I am learning correctly lol) is an off-shoot of CRT- the intersectionality and application of Critical Race Theory focusing on Black (P.O.C.) in Education
If you would like to go ahead and check out the links etc.
Just thought that those of us who wanted to (and acted upon the opportunity) take part of this Intro to CRT by Professor Keene also might be interested in other similar opportunities.
SDSU (San Diego State University) is offering a FREE OPEN ONLINE (also on SDSU Campus- as well as available at numerous nationwide higher education institutions

There is a syllabus & live streamed lectures/ discussions depending on your location, or if you just want to hop on youtube...
Disclaimer- I do not know the specifics content of curriculum and/or personal views that may be expressed but think the academic social and political discussion are in line with the tenets of CRT
